The Miners had an opportunity on friday to go farther than they have gone for a long time, but the opportunity quickly passed them by.

Last night, the Park City Miners played the Juan Diego Eagles and lost, 3-27, in the Semi-Finals.

The Miners showed up Friday night with a chance to make Miner history and move on to the semi-final state game, and thats exactly what they did.

Park City-It's been four years since the miners have advanced past the first round of the playoffs, and they finally managed to catch their break.

The Miners lined up Friday afternoon determined to outplay Emery to guarantee them a quarterfinal slot; and they more than earned it, crushing Emery in a 41-7 creaming.

Football team dominates in blowout against Wasatch

PARK CITY- The Park City Miners showed up Wednesday night hungry for another win, and thats exactly what they got. With a final score of 50-6, Park City had no intention of letting Wasatch off easy.

"I thought we played great tonight. We had a lot of energy and we were looking for a win, that's what we got," said Senior Tony Epperson.

Park City-Homecoming is no fun unless your football team wins; and it was more than fun this year!

The Miners Football Team proved once again that they are not out yet, defeating Uintah in a 48-21 blowout, and silencing any doubt that the Miners might not have what it takes this year.

Miners plow through Bulldogs

Park City Miners make a big win this Friday over Judge 16-0. The first half included a field goal and touchdown (the point after was blocked) for a total of 9-0 at the half. The third quarter was scoreless, and the Miners punched in one more touchdown near the end of the 4th quarter. More information to follow.
